Simon was born and raised in Queens, New York City. Upon finishing high school, Simon attended Queens College where he graduated with a degree in economics and finance. Upon graduation, Simon joined one of the leading mortgage banks in New York, where he gained experience and in-depth knowledge of the mortgage and real estate industry. In 2006, Simon decided to open his own real estate business, during which time he successfully purchased and rehabilitated properties for sale in the greater New York area. In 2018, Simon decided to realize his lifelong dream and make Aliya to Israel. During his time as a licensed real estate broker in Tel Aviv, Simon has continuously exceeded his clients’ expectations whether buyers or sellers in getting the deal done.
