The Opera Tower is doubtlessly one of the most interesting on the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Sea-side Promenade. This iconic building is a multipurpose project that consists of high-end apartments and an up-market commercial zone. The project was built as a 23-story residential building in 1993 in respect to the cultural heritage of the site. It is situated at the corner of Allenby, Herbert Samuel and HaYarkon Streets. Three floors of the Opera Tower are used commercially including a hotel, shops, restaurants and a cinema hall. The building is quite selective with its residents. They can enjoy 24/7 concierge service, an extraordinary swimming pool and a gym but also the luxury feeling through the “community”, something that was long lost in the new projects in Tel Aviv.
